20% Cheaper Charging with Chargemap and B&B

This friendly and unprecedented initiative by Chargemap, ENGIE Vianeo, and B&B Hotels allows you to save 20% on your charging bill.

Launched this morning by Chargemap, the operation will last until September 29 inclusive. It allows for a 20% discount automatically applied to charges initiated with a Chargemap Pass at the fast charging stations of ENGIE Vianeo located in the parking lots of B&B Hotels. The hotel chain has launched, in collaboration with ENGIE Vianeo, a total deployment of 4,200 renewable electricity charging points in over 340 hotels across France.

To take advantage of this, there is no need to pay for a hotel night since the ENGIE Vianeo stations on promotion in B&B Hotels are not reserved for hotel guests. For those of you driving electric vehicles daily, you know that promotions on charging are rare, which is understandable as the demand is much closer to supply than in the case of thermal vehicles. The discount is certainly worth the effort of driving a few kilometers to reach one of these charging points. And it’s a nice publicity boost for the hotel chain.

Of course, to benefit from this, one must hold a Chargemap Pass. Even the most dedicated Tesla driver, who has sworn absolute loyalty to the sacred Superchargers, on the sound argument that it’s cheaper, may one day find themselves in trouble and be very happy to find a charging point on promotion. The Pass is a reasonable investment of 19.99 euros, it’s not very burdensome, and it can help reduce the bill a bit.

Then, just activate the “Promotional Stations” filter to enjoy the discount at the charging point you have identified near you or on your route.
