Fiat TRIS

Fiat Professional unveils TRIS, its very first 100% electric three-wheeled vehicle designed to meet the challenges of last-mile delivery.

Compact, lightweight, and zero-emission, TRIS embodies the new generation of B2B micromobility. Designed at the Centro Stile in Italy and manufactured in Morocco, this model stands as the worthy heir to the legendary Piaggio Ape.

Born in 1948, the Piaggio Ape (meaning “bee” in Italian) was conceived as an economical and agile solution for post-war reconstruction. A true symbol of urban mobility worldwide, it has powered generations of small traders, craftsmen, and delivery drivers for over 70 years.

At only 3.17 m long, TRIS takes this winning formula to easily navigate narrow streets. Its 6.9 kWh lithium battery offers a range of 90 km, sufficient for a day of work in the city. Easy to recharge from a standard 220 V outlet, it reaches 80% charge in 3 hours and 30 minutes. The 48 V motor delivers up to 9 kW of power and allows a maximum speed of 45 km/h.

A model that brings smiles

Available in three versions — cabin chassis, flatbed, and pick-up — TRIS is designed to adapt to a multitude of needs: urban delivery, mobile services, goods transport… Its approved payload of 540 kg and loading area of 2.25 m² even allow it to accommodate a standard euro pallet.

In terms of comfort, the spacious cabin is designed to facilitate daily work: ergonomic driving position, 5.7″ digital dashboard, practical storage, USB-C and 12 V ports. With its bold design and three-optic LED light signature, TRIS showcases a modern and assertive style.

Olivier Francois, CEO of Fiat and CMO of Stellantis, summarizes: “TRIS is much more than a vehicle: it’s a concrete response to the challenges of clean, accessible, and inclusive mobility.” Its launch in the Middle East and Africa opens a new era, and it could very well attract Europe soon.
