SEAT MO électrique

Fnac Darty confirms its interest in urban mobility, this time through an agreement with SEAT.

SEAT has just partnered with FNAC Darty to introduce its MO 125 to a broader audience. The Spanish electric scooter will be displayed in four stores of the chain, all located in the Paris region. If a customer shows interest in the vehicle, a Fnac Darty advisor will forward their contact information to a SEAT salesperson.

For Fnac Darty, the arrival of this new model enhances an already existing mobility offer that includes several scooters. The MO 125 indirectly succeeds the Model E from the company Red Electric, which was placed under judicial reorganization at the end of last year.

Similar to the Silence 01, the MO is also available in a 50 cc version, but this one does not seem to be included in the agreement with FNAC. The new MO Performance is not mentioned in the press release either. Therefore, only the standard MO 125 will appear in FNAC La Défense and Montparnasse, as well as in Darty Républiques and Ternes. This version is powered by a 7 kW wheel motor, allowing it to reach a speed of 95 km/h. The “official” range is estimated at around 130 km. In practice, it is generally lower and depends on several factors (driving mode, speed, temperature, etc.). For charging, the MO 125 features a trolley battery that can be charged at home… provided there is an elevator or if it is on the ground floor. It is indeed a bit too heavy to carry around.

Last but not least, the price. The SEAT MO 125 is sold starting at €7,200, with a €900 ecological bonus not deducted. This price places it roughly halfway between a Niu MQi GT and a BMW CE 04.
