The first electric scooter from Zero arrives in France
The Zero LS1 arrives in France with autonomy, power, and complete equipment for urban and suburban use.
After conquering the electric motorcycle market, Zero Motorcycles takes a new step with the arrival in France of its very first 100% electric scooter, the LS1. Described as “the must-have two-wheeler of 2026,” this model was developed in collaboration with the Chinese brand Zongshen and is positioned as an equivalent to a 125 cc, accessible to holders of an A1 or B license.
The LS1 stands out with its electric motor of 8.4 kW (11.4 horsepower) and an instant torque of 51 Nm, with a maximum speed of 100 km/h, suitable for urban, suburban, and country trips. Its 5-inch TFT screen provides all the useful information: speed, range, driving modes, and regeneration.
Range and charging: a versatile scooter
Zero Motorcycles focuses on practicality and autonomy. The LS1 comes standard with two removable batteries of 1.86 kWh, offering 112 km in urban usage, while an optional third battery under the seat can extend the range up to 173 km. Standard charging takes about 4 hours and 30 minutes, and the optional fast charger reduces this time to 2 hours and 40 minutes.
The LS1 is equipped with ABS and a disableable traction control system (TCS). It is available in silver-black or white, and a range of accessories is offered: windshield, top case, luggage rack, fast charger, and additional battery.
Offered at €5,230 excluding subsidies, the Zero LS1 aims to compete with urban electric scooters thanks to its performance and range. It is now available in France, with the first deliveries expected as early as 2026 at partner dealerships.
