MissionH24 on track at GP Explorer
This page is translated from the original post "MissionH24 en piste au GP Explorer" in French.

MissionH24 will take to the track at Le Mans this Saturday, September 9, on the occasion of the 2nd edition of the race initiated last year by Squeezie.
The MissionH24 program, created in 2018 by the Automobile Club de l’Ouest and GreenGT, will demonstrate the potential of hydrogen, both in terms of performance and zero-emission mobility, to the 60,000 spectators expected at the Bugatti circuit.
11:00 am and 4:50 pm, these are the two track slots dedicated to MissionH24 and its electric-hydrogen prototype on September 9, 2023, during the 2nd edition of the GP Explorer, always packed with activity. While the race will see 24 F4 cars driven by Squeezie and his peers compete on the track, a session dedicated to the future of Endurance and zero-emission mobility is scheduled, with two demonstrations of the LMPH2G (Le Mans Prototype H2 Gaz) on the Bugatti circuit.

Last year, MissionH24 was already present during the first edition, displaying in the village. A great visibility for zero-emission mobility and the energy transition, given the record number of spectators attending the event. More information will be provided later about the passengers involved in this pioneering experience by development pilots Stéphane Richelmi and Norman Nato.
Pierre Fillon, president of the ACO: “After the experience in 2022, we are particularly pleased to participate on the track at the GP Explorer with demonstrations of our electric-hydrogen prototype from MissionH24, a program aimed at zero-emission competition. The GP Explorer audience shows great interest in new energies, and it seemed fitting to concretely demonstrate the potential of hydrogen, in racing, as well as in broader mobility, or as a generator of new careers.”
