The Renault 5 Retrofit displayed at Rétromobile

If the highly anticipated new electric Renault 5 this year captures all the spotlight, its smaller sibling is giving a second life through Retrofit.

100% electric retrofit kits allow enthusiasts to drive their classic vehicles while enjoying driving pleasure, savings, and reliability. Once converted, the operating and maintenance costs are reduced. The vehicle holds homologation and registration certificates allowing it to be driven anywhere, including low-emission mobility zones (ZFE-m).

For vintage and collectible car enthusiasts, Rétromobile is the must-attend event. For this 48^th edition, R-FIT will showcase one of its electrified models: the famous Renault 5. This version has recently been homologated thanks to its conversion kit, also symbolizing the partnership between R-FIT and Renault.

The 100% electric retrofit kit for the Renault 5 is homologated for the R5 TL or GTL, 3 or 5 doors (types 139700 and 122700). It is available to order in France from R-FIT starting at €15,900 including VAT (installation included).
