For its 30th anniversary, the heir to the Citroën TUB and Type H receives two new Zero Emission powertrains.
Citroën has been marketing the new Jumper and new ë-Jumper for several weeks. An automatic transmission is available for the first time on the Jumper, on two of the three new BlueHDi engine options, the 140 and 180 hp variants. The 120 hp engine remains exclusively paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
For professionals committed to adopting sustainable mobility and reducing their daily costs, the new ë-Jumper features a completely new 100% electric powertrain. It offers a power of 200 kW / 270 hp and a maximum range of 420 km. The new ë-Jumper can be charged from 0 to 80% in just 55 minutes on a 150 kW fast charger.
The Jumper will also be available later with a hydrogen fuel cell powertrain, which should provide a range of nearly 500 km.
The core versions of the lineup receive a 5-inch digital driver’s display and a large 10-inch touchscreen with built-in navigation and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto interfaces.
The new Jumper also features novel equipment, including an electric parking brake, a digital interior rearview mirror, and a “hands-free” access and start system. New driving assistance features also appear, such as a driver fatigue alert and automatic emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection.
