The range of Zero motorcycles without a license

The new Zero S and DS models represent an entry point into the world of two-wheeled vehicles with a simple B (car) driving license.

Tasting the freedom of two wheels is simple once you already hold a B (car) license. For drivers looking to transition to two wheels, they just need to complete a seven-hour training course to then ride a true mid-size motorcycle such as the new Zero S and DS.

New A1 models, the 2024 S and DS from Zero Motorcycles are equipped with a 14.4kWh battery delivering a power of 11kW, equivalent to 125cc. The 97 Nm of torque allows it to reach speeds of up to 138 km/h. Thanks to fully adjustable Showa suspension, Pirelli Diablo Rosso III tires, an ABS braking system developed by Bosch, and the in-house operating system Cypher III+, the electric powertrain achieves standards superior to many larger-displacement gas engines.

With an urban range of up to 247 km from a full charge, these two wheels allow you to travel without worry, but not without budget, priced at 15,300 euros for the Zero S roadster and 16,200 euros for the Zero DS trail. The former boasts a new silver-white color scheme, while the latter features an innovative “Quicksilver” color.

After generalizing the five-year warranty for all its motorcycles and implementing a price repositioning at the beginning of the year, Zero Motorcycles now offers the widest range on the market, including four models at 11kW (equivalent to 125cc). The new S and DS began deliveries in Europe in early February. The French network of the brand includes about thirty dealers across France.
