Professionals Will Be Able to Customize Their Peugeot Vans

The lion brand has launched “Peugeot CustomFit,” its new program for transforming and customizing utility vehicles.

This Peugeot program is as serious as it gets, so let’s get back to it. Indeed, there is Tuning and Customization, and the idea is not to stick a spoiler on a Partner, 23-inch wheels on an Expert, or LEDs under a Boxer. Even if that could be nice!

“Peugeot CustomFit” allows for the customization of vehicles for uses they weren’t necessarily designed for, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. The key is therefore a perfect integration between the technological features of the base model and the specific modifications requested by the customer. This enriches the manufacturer’s range of utility vehicles, from dump trucks to vans with maximized loading capacity and recreational vehicles, all specifically designed to meet the needs of individual customers, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and large fleets. More versatile vehicles to limit the development of new models, a win/win process.

To illustrate this offer, Peugeot presented an E-Expert Fridge with EPTO, a system that allows using the electric power of the propulsion unit for various purposes. The small Expert features a refrigerated unit designed to transport fresh products at temperatures ranging from 2°C to 8°C, with a total weight of 265 kg. The cooling system draws energy from the traction battery installed in the vehicle instead of needing a separate power source, thus preserving the vehicle’s payload capacity.
