NIU Aims to Democratize Battery Swapping

With NIUswap, the manufacturer offers a battery swapping technology designed to simplify the user experience for consumers.

Intended for communities, sharing service operators, and companies that need fleets of electric scooters, the NIUswap battery exchange station allows users to swap their batteries and refuel in just a few seconds, eliminating downtime. Flexible subscription plans for batteries can also reduce the initial costs of vehicle use and make usage more convenient. A NIUswap battery exchange station can be placed anywhere with an electrical outlet, be accessible 24/7, require little maintenance, and be easy to operate.

Since there is the theory on one side and practice on the other, NIU has also introduced its new compatible scooter, the F600. This model is equipped with two interchangeable 72V20Ah batteries, compatible with the NIUswap battery exchange station. The F600 offers a top speed of 70 km/h, a range of 80 km, and a power of 3000W. The large lockable compartment under the seat allows for secure storage. With increased efficiency, better autonomy, and a recharging system that eliminates waiting times, NIU is focusing on a solution destined for a bright future.
