Mercedes-AMG Continues Its Hybrid Offensive

Mercedes-AMG gives a small facelift to its mighty 4-door GT Coupe. Electrification serving performance with a German touch.

After the GLC lineup, Mercedes AMG is revamping its GT, specifically its 4-door version. The updated model features a new design. The front end is particularly striking and adopts a styling reminiscent of the new GT Coupe. The large air intake located beneath the AMG-specific grille is noticeably wider, while vertical air ducts are integrated into the outside of the front splitter.

Over 800 electrified horsepower

With its devilish powertrain, the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S E PERFORMANCE combines impressive performance with maximum efficiency. The combination of a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine on the front axle and an electric motor on the rear axle produces a combined power of 620 kW (843 hp) and a maximum torque of 1,400 Nm. The instant response of the electric drive, rapid torque development, and improved weight distribution deliver an ultra-sporty driving experience.

All AMG DNA in a large coupe

The standard equipment includes the 9-speed SPEEDSHIFT MCT AMG gearbox, the fully variable AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive, and the AMG RIDE CONTROL+ pneumatic suspension with adaptive damping.
