Toyota FT-Se, the electric successor to the Supra

The high-performance 100% electric battery-powered FT-Se concept car illustrates one of the possible options for sports cars in the era of carbon neutrality, integrating the expertise gained by TOYOTA GAZOO Racing in its efforts to produce better cars through motorsport. Recall that Toyota’s recent competition history includes 5 wins at the 24 Hours of Le Mans between 2018 and 2022, and three World Manufacturers’ Championships in Rally in 2021, 2022, and 2023. The GR badge is a guarantee of sportiness, just like on the fierce Yaris GR .

With optimized road behavior and aerodynamic performance, the FT-Se shares its main components with the FT-3e. Toyota has decided to create a car that evolves with its driver through software updates.

Broad, low proportions and an elegant, forward-looking silhouette reduce aerodynamic drag. The Supra is obviously a reference, but the lines also evoke the Lexus LFA.
