Zeekr 9X: 119,500 Euros to Challenge the Kings of Luxury SUVs

Spending nearly €120,000 on a car with an unfamiliar badge? Zeekr bets that European motorists are ready to make the leap.

At the Paris Motor Show, the Geely group’s brand showcases its 9X, a plug-in hybrid SUV that aims to make up for its lack of pedigree with an impressive array of features.

Available for order starting at €119,500, with first deliveries expected in January 2027, this vessel accommodates six occupants across three rows of individual seats. Nappa leather, Nordic wood, crystal controls: the codes of luxury are respected. Zeekr adds a Naim audio system with 32 speakers, heated, ventilated, and massaging seats in the first two rows, as well as a refrigerator. Enough to turn traffic jams into a rather comfortable waiting room.

Stunning figures

The technical specifications also play up the numbers. The manufacturer claims up to 897 hp, a 0 to 100 km/h sprint completed in 4.1 seconds, and a top speed of 240 km/h. Its 900 V electric architecture would allow a charge of 10 to 80% in about 9.5 minutes, with a peak power of 330 kW. The claimed range reaches 179 km in electric mode and 737 km overall.

These figures are still those communicated by the brand. They will need to be tested against real conditions, just as the commercial ambitions of this newcomer must pass the market test.

For less extravagant budgets, Zeekr also presents its updated 7X, priced from €52,990. This electric SUV promises up to 627 km of range and 680 hp depending on the version, with deliveries expected in the first quarter of 2027.

Present in 22 European markets, Zeekr claims a 200% increase in its deliveries in the first half of 2026. A spectacular dynamic, but with no specified European volume: a reminder that strong growth is not yet enough to establish a lasting reference.
