The price of the Dacia Spring decreases

After being removed from the Dacia catalog, the Spring makes a grand return with a small price reduction to make up for the loss of the Eco Bonus.

Even without the 5,000 euro ecological bonus, the Dacia Spring remained an attractive offer for those looking for a simple but well-equipped electric car. A beacon of hope for buyers, with a price of 20,800 euros before bonus, making it still the cheapest electric vehicle on the market. But we suspected that Dacia had a little more room for discounts!

The day after losing the Bonus, Dacia decided to withdraw the Spring from their catalog. We could think that the 2024 eco bonus was its first victim, but fortunately, that is not the case. After a short pause to recharge its batteries, the Spring is back in 2024 model year at a price of 18,400 euros, a reduction of 2,400 euros which may seem minimal but still represents 11.5% of its 2023 price! The more powerful and better-equipped Extreme Plus version benefits from the same discount to just fall below the symbolic 20,000 euro mark.

Here is the Spring, slightly better equipped to compete with the Renault 5 and the Citroën ë-C3, both manufactured in Europe and eligible for the valuable Bonus.
