As Nissan announced the upcoming end of its production at its UK factory, to make way for a more stylish and technologically modern successor (a Micra version of the Renault R5?), here appears a “liquidation” offer. Until March 31, 2024, the Nissan Leaf Acenta with the 40 kWh battery (about 230 km real range) can be purchased from €22,400 instead of the original €36,900. However, some conditions must be met…

• Manufacturer discount of €5,000
• Trade-in bonus of €1,500 for an old car (income conditions apply)
• Additional old car buyback aid of €1,000

If you do not qualify based on income, the discount will be limited to the €5,000 manufacturer rebate plus the €4,000 ecological bonus. Resulting in a final price of €27,900. But there probably still is some room for negotiations, as buyers are not exactly flooding the market…
