Ouigo: 500,000 flash sale tickets for a maximum of €19

Ouigo company launches a new promotional campaign on its trains, with 500,000 tickets at €19 “and less” but for only 48 hours.

To travel more affordably, Ouigo trains have been one of the available solutions for a few years now. The recent company offers affordable train tickets and is launching numerous promotional campaigns.

Only Two Days of Promotion

Exactly, the back-to-school offer is coming. Ouigo announces 500,000 tickets available during its flash sale, which takes place only on September 6 and 7. According to the company, these tickets are available on two categories: Ouigo Grande Vitesse (equivalent to TGV) and Ouigo Classic Trains.

The price of these tickets will be under €20, with a maximum of €19. However, Ouigo does not specify the minimum fare. No age or subscription restrictions apply; everyone will have access to these tickets.

Cheap Ouigo Tickets for Which Destinations?

Ouigo guarantees that “at least one train per day” is eligible for this offer. Departure dates range from September 12 to December 10, covering three months of low-cost travel. Additionally, the company states that “all destinations are included,” totaling around fifty in all. Among the largest are Lyon, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Nantes, Rennes, Montpellier, etc.

But is it really different from current prices? A Bordeaux-Toulouse trip on September 13 currently costs €19 at the best price, according to the official website. A Paris-Marseille trip can cost as little as €16 on the same day. Specifically, from Roissy Airport or Marne-la-Vallée, the minimum fare rises to €22 directly from Gare de Lyon. Finally, a Tourcoing-Angoulême trip is also visible at €19. However, prices vary greatly, from the simple to the double depending on the day. The Ouigo offer should therefore enable a minimum fare every day, with a maximum of 500,000 tickets available.
