The additional compensation will be paid in the form of shopping vouchers. It will be granted “to all travelers whose train is canceled between December 23 and 26 on TGV INOUI, Intercités, or Ouigo for a destination in France or Europe”.
The 200% in shopping vouchers are in addition to the refund of the ticket for travelers who ultimately canceled their trip. People who found a spot on another train will also be eligible for the compensation.
