Dacia Spring 2023

A more powerful version of the Spring is now available in the catalog, supplementing the 45 hp model. First deliveries will take place this summer.

Dacia will showcase a new version of its compact electric car at the Brussels 2023 Motor Show: the Spring Extreme. Its main feature: a more powerful motor, delivering 65 hp (a gain of 20 hp). This motor works with a new reduction gear that, according to Dacia, “provides more acceleration and better reactivity over an extended usage range.” The battery remains unchanged and offers a theoretical range of 220 km in WLTP cycle.

Visually, the Spring Extreme can be recognized by small details, such as the Slate Blue color and copper brown accents at various locations (roof rails, mirror caps, wheel centers, logo on the tailgate, and lights surrounds). This color also appears inside the cabin, on door panels, navigation console outlines, or seat piping. New door sills, a Dacia logo on the seats, and rubber floor mats complete this new version, which replaces the Spring Expression.

The new Spring Extreme will coexist with the entry-level Essential version. This model, available from the launch of the electric city car, retains the 45 hp engine.

A more expensive Spring Extreme but better equipped

The prices for the Spring start at €20,800, excluding ecological bonus. The Extreme version is sold from €22,300. It comes standard with electric mirrors, a 7-inch screen, onboard navigation, and rear sensors, features not available on the Essential. The Spring Extreme can also be equipped with a 30 kW DC fast charger, which adds an extra €600. This option is not offered on the Essential.

Orders for this new Spring version will open on January 17, 2023. First deliveries are scheduled for July.
