The SpaceTourer adopts the new Citroën identity and an ë as in electric. Is it ready for this 100% electric shift?
Citroën unveils the New SpaceTourer, a van that is stepping up in every aspect. Available in two lengths M (4.98 m) and L (5.33 m) to accommodate up to 9 passengers, it becomes more elegant with a front end reflecting the new Citroën style identity, more comfortable and connected, notably featuring a next-generation infotainment system, and even more practical with smarter storage solutions.

Offered in its ë-SpaceTourer electric version in Europe, its range has improved. The 100 kW (136 hp) motor continues to be available with two types of Lithium-Ion batteries, allowing each customer to choose the one best suited to their activity based on usage and preferences. The 50 kWh battery provides a range of 224 km (WLTP mixed cycle), perfectly suited, for example, for daily shuttles between downtown and the airport. More versatile than ever, the ë-SpaceTourer equipped with the 75 kWh battery now offers up to 350 km of range (WLTP mixed cycle), 20 km more than the previous generation. For professionals, this is a way to participate in the energy transition, enhance their environmental image, especially for shuttle providers, access regulated zones, enjoy unrivaled driving comfort, and manage their expenses. With the new e-ROUTES app, they can even enjoy a true personal assistant to plan their longest trips.
The ë-SpaceTourer is equipped with a 7.4 kW onboard charger and can optionally receive an 11 kW three-phase charger, enabling easy recharging. From a 7.4 kW wall box, full recharge takes 6h40 for the 50 kWh battery and 11h20 for the 75 kWh battery. With an 11 kW wall box, full recharge is achieved in 4h50 for the 50 kWh battery and 7h30 for the 75 kWh battery. Using a 100 kW fast charger, it only takes 38 or 45 minutes to charge the battery from 0 to 80%.
A 10-inch fully digital instrument cluster is now standard on all new SpaceTourer models. In color, it allows the driver to customize the display of key information and enjoy aesthetically pleasing high-definition graphics.
