Lotus Recharges with Bosch and Mobilize

Owners of Lotus vehicles across Europe will have access to on-road charging with Bosch and at home with Mobilize.
Lotus announced two new pan-European charging partnerships to support customers receiving delivery of its electric vehicles. Eletre owners will be able to utilize charging capabilities from Bosch and Mobilize Power Solutions, allowing them to charge their SUV at home or on the go. These partnerships will also support owners of the company’s upcoming electric hyper-GT, Emeya, which Lotus will deliver to European customers later this year.
Through the Bosch charging network, Lotus owners have access to over 600,000 public charging stations across 30 European countries, including the United Kingdom, Germany, and France. Lotus is not ruling out signing new partnerships with other network operators over time.

Drivers can access the network directly by presenting their Lotus charging card and can find all necessary information via the Lotus Cars smartphone app. The app allows drivers to track their charging history, manage costs, and remotely monitor the vehicle’s battery status.
With a 350 kW DC fast charger, the Eletre and Emeya can recover 120 km of range in five minutes of charging. The same fast charger can recharge the battery from 10% to 80% in 20 minutes for the SUV and 18 minutes for the GT.
Lotus Hyper OS, the onboard infotainment system of the Eletre and Emeya, helps drivers locate nearby public charging stations. This feature reduces range anxiety and can significantly cut travel times. The system can even suggest alternative routes based on the driver’s real-time battery consumption.
Finally, Lotus offers a comprehensive package with Mobilize Power Solutions, including the supply and installation of a home charging station. Starting at €2,155, it includes a dedicated cable to utilize energy generated by a home solar panel.
