French NW Charging Stations for Volvo
This page is translated from the original post "Des bornes de recharge françaises NW pour Volvo" in French.

Volvo France and NW, France’s first energy transition unicorn, join forces to install high-power charging stations.
Since 2007, NW has been developing various solutions to make the energy transition accessible to all. The company is a leader in France in distributed storage with its electricity storage unit called JBox. NW is also a pioneer in high-power electric charging technology, thanks to IECharge. With Volvo aiming to have a 100% electric lineup on the French market by 2026, it has partnered with NW to deploy its electric stations.
At each of the 126 Volvo distribution points in France, a deployment study for IECharge stations will be conducted at the request of the Volvo distribution network, subject to the possibility of connection to the electrical grid, as well as compliance with current local urban planning regulations.
Each IECharge station is connected to a JBox storage unit, which ensures charging power while protecting the electrical grid, even in the event of simultaneous recharging of multiple vehicles. Thanks to this globally patented alliance, NW is able to offer some of the cheapest charging rates on the European market at 0.30 euros/kWh.
