Cadillac City opens in Paris

Cadillac City

After announcing its return to France a few weeks ago, Cadillac has set up shop in the heart of Paris.

Housed in a classic building in true Parisian style, the Cadillac City will open its doors in the coming days at 7 Meyerbeer Street in the 9th arrondissement.

In parallel, the brand announces the launch of a new long-term rental offer for the LYRIQ, its brand new electric SUV. This luxurious SUV aims to be the cornerstone on which the brand’s electric future is built. Bold in design, it stands out with its distinctive style and performances that aim to match Cadillac’s century-old heritage.

Built on the latest generation Ultium platform from General Motors, the LYRIQ offers a range of 530 km on a full charge, enough for a trip from Paris to Lyon. Its distinctive black grille and vertical lights affirm the Cadillac identity with a fairly classic but attractive exterior design.

The interior, however, is much more impressive, featuring a massive 33-inch curved LED screen without joints as the central element. It consists of three distinct parts: easily accessible driving controls, a dashboard that helps keep your focus on the road, and infotainment functions that can be shared with the passenger on the right. Since it’s a “Cad,” it also sports an AKG Studio audio system with 19 speakers, including in the headrests, combined with an active noise-canceling system for external sounds.

LYRIQ is available today for long-term rental over 48 months with a purchase option. The monthly rent is set at 872 euros after an initial payment of 15,000 euros. The package includes an annual mileage of 10,000 km. After 4 years, you will have the option to purchase your valuable LYRIQ for a final payment of 36,840 euros. Deliveries are expected to begin in July.
