The eActros 600 is equipped with three lithium iron phosphate batteries totaling 621 kWh of installed capacity, allowing it to travel up to 500 kilometers without intermediate recharging, a range measured under real transport conditions with a load of 40 tons.

Mercedes unveils a new electric truck, the eActros 400

Thanks to fast charging during regulatory breaks, an eActros 600 can exceed 1,000 kilometers traveled in a single day, a feat previously unthinkable with an electric vehicle of this size. This level of performance is made possible by a new electric motor axle developed by Mercedes-Benz Trucks, combining power, energy efficiency, and reliability.

Logistik Schmitt, a partner of Mercedes since 2019, is well-acquainted with this technology. From the beginning, the German company participated in real-world trials of the eActros prototypes, first on regional routes, then on longer links between Germany and Hungary. Today, the arrival of the series eActros 600 marks a new step towards the electrification of international transport.

With their distinctive design, record range, and durability projected at 1.2 million kilometers over ten years, these trucks demonstrate that electric vehicles are ready to meet the challenges of long-distance freight.
