Free2move expands its ecosystem with the acquisition of Kuantic, a fleet management solutions provider.

The mobility provider of the Stellantis Group, Free2move, announces the acquisition of Kuantic, a leading fleet management solutions provider. Kuantic offers a range of connectivity services to enhance fleet efficiency worldwide. Founded in 2003, Kuantic was previously owned by the French mobility technology provider Valeo. This acquisition marks a significant step towards consolidating Free2move’s position as a global mobility services provider and reinforces the company’s commitment to achieving its ambitious goals of 15 million active users worldwide and €2.8 billion in revenue by 2030, as part of Stellantis’ Dare Forward 2030 strategy. By expanding Free2move’s offering of shared vehicle access, the mobility provider supports Stellantis’ efforts to facilitate access to shared mobility for private and professional customers.

This acquisition is the latest milestone in Free2move’s vision to become a comprehensive global mobility provider for individuals and businesses, broadening its international B2B network and emphasizing its commitment to delivering innovative, sustainable, and efficient mobility solutions. In this context, the acquisition also supports Stellantis’ recently announced Pro One strategic initiative for commercial vehicles, offering connectivity services and preventive maintenance solutions for professional clients. The successful acquisition of SHARE NOW, a European leader and pioneer in free-floating carsharing, in July 2022, marked the first step in expanding mobility services and simplifying mobility for customers. The recent acquisition of Kuantic completes the strategic approach to further establish itself as a global provider of mobility services.
