Trek launches a new range of electric bikes

The new Charter+ from Trek combines comfort, performance, and customizable options for urban and recreational use.

Trek presents Charter+, its new range of electric bikes designed to provide comfort and versatility for urban cyclists and adventure enthusiasts. With several models and options, the Charter+ meets daily needs while ensuring an optimal riding experience.

The range includes three main models: Charter+ 4, Charter+ 4 Trail, and Charter+ 5, equipped with either an internally geared hub (IGH), a classic rear derailleur (RD), or a trail-adapted setup. These choices allow you to select a low-maintenance bike, a versatile bike for exploration, or a high-performance adventure bike on trails.

Comfort and Versatility

Each model features a lockable and easily removable battery from the top, making it simple to transport and charge, as well as Bosch motors. The Charter+ 4 models come with a Bosch Smart System Performance motor with 75 Nm of torque, while the Charter+ 5 is equipped with a Bosch Smart System PX motor with 90 Nm. The batteries range from 540 to 800 Wh, providing assistance up to 25 km/h.

The Charter+ is also designed for everyday practicality. All models are equipped with fenders, MIK HD racks, integrated lights, and side attachments. The adjustable stem and balanced geometry ensure optimal comfort, adaptable to the cyclist’s needs.

The Charter+ 5 models also offer automatic gear shifting with AUTOMATiQ paired with the Enviolo hub, ensuring a smooth ride tailored to cadence and terrain. Thanks to the Bosch eBike Flow app, cyclists enjoy connected features such as remote locking, anti-theft alerts, and advanced navigation.

The Trek Charter+ range is now available starting at €3,299 on the brand’s website and through its global network of retailers.
