In terms of driving assistance, the New T-Roc adopts the latest updates to the Travel Assist system, capable of better anticipating speed limits and managing automatic lane changes. The SUV also offers the Park Assist Pro, which memorizes parking maneuvers and allows the vehicle to be controlled remotely via smartphone.

Under the hood, Volkswagen focuses exclusively on mild 48V hybrid gasoline engines in Europe. Two versions of the 1.5 eTSI Hybrid (116 and 150 hp) open the range, with a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission. Two additional hybrid engines will follow.
