350 km/h without a roof: Aston Martin launches a 1,079 hp Valhalla Spider!

A V8, three electric motors, and the sky as the only limit: Aston Martin unveils the Valhalla Spider, capable of reaching 350 km/h with the top down.
Removing the roof without slowing down: this is Aston Martin’s promise. With the Valhalla Spider, the British manufacturer presents the fastest convertible in its history. Announced top speed: 350 km/h, even when open to the sky. At this level, it’s better to leave your cap in the garage…
Behind the occupants, the flat-crank 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 already produces 828 hp. Three electric motors add their support to bring the total power to 1,079 hp and torque to 1,100 Nm. This plug-in hybrid powertrain, identical to that of the coupe, combines two electric motors on the front axle with a third integrated near the eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Speed in the Open Air
But beware of your headgear choice. The soft removable top, supplied as standard, allows a maximum speed of 200 km/h once installed. To exploit the 350 km/h with a roof, you’ll need to opt for the optional rigid carbon element. Or simply drive without the top.
To manage the turbulence, Aston Martin adds a specific deflector and raises the engine air intake by 35 mm. Active aerodynamics and stability control also benefit from tailored adjustments. With the roof installed, the brand announces over 600 kg of max downforce.
Developed with the support of Aston Martin Performance Technologies, the carbon structure is accompanied by butterfly doors and new Touring seats, also made of carbon. The show continues inside the cabin.
The Valhalla Spider will make its public debut at the Concours at Wynn Las Vegas. Initial deliveries are expected in the third quarter of 2027. The following summer is already promising to be particularly breezy.
