Kia EV2

The Kia EV2 range is packed with incentives. The Long Range versions and the Light trim officially receive their eco-score.

Assembled in Žilina, Slovakia, Kia’s small electric SUV benefits from its European industrial roots. The Long Range versions also feature a battery manufactured in Europe, allowing for an increase in the CEE “Coup de Pouce” bonus. This can reach up to €8,100, compared to a maximum of €6,100 for the Standard Range variants. Note: these amounts depend on household resources and do not apply systematically to all buyers.

A base price of €20,570 under certain conditions

Listed at €26,670 before incentives, the EV2 Light therefore comes to €20,570 after the maximum bonus deduction. With the same 42.2 kWh battery, the Air and Earth trims are priced at €28,820 and €31,320 respectively, or €22,720 and €25,220 with this incentive.

The 61 kWh battery starts at €33,320 in Air, then goes to €35,320 in Earth and €37,320 in GT-Line. Subtracting the €8,100 available to eligible households, these prices drop to €25,220, €27,220, and €29,220 respectively.

In terms of range, Kia claims up to 317 km on the WLTP cycle with the small battery and 453 km with the large one, depending on the trim. Starting from the Light, the equipment includes adaptive cruise control, a rearview camera, automatic climate control, and a triple-screen compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wirelessly. This enhances the appeal of Kia’s entry model into electric vehicles, beyond just the price.
