Skoda Enyaq Coupé iV 2022: Electric Power Couple
This page is translated from the original post "Skoda Enyaq Coupé iV 2022 : l’électrique fait la paire" in French.

Bodywork in vogue among SUVs, the coupe silhouette arrives on the electric Skoda Enyaq iV with a high-performance RS version.
The Enyaq iV was Skoda’s first 100% electric model. Launched in May 2021 in France, it has sold 2,152 units, not far from its Volkswagen ID.4 cousin. To emulate the latter, it adopts a new model called the Enyaq Coupé.
The family SUV plays the seduction card
Measuring 4.65 meters long, 1.88 meters wide, and 1.62 meters high, the Coupé retains the dimensions, style, and interior of its standard brother.
The difference lies in its sloping roofline, similar to its cousins Volkswagen ID.5 and Audi Q4 e-tron Sportback. This gives an impression of a one-piece roof, thanks to its panoramic glass connecting the windshield and rear window. Additionally, it features painted side skirts as standard, like the Enyaq Sportline.
However, this silhouette does not significantly reduce trunk volume, decreasing from 585 to 570 liters. It will be smaller in the 5-seat configuration, though the Coupé does not specify its maximum capacity.

The RS model is still distinguished by black elements, including the front grilles, shiny grille, rear diffuser, or window contours. It adds exclusive equipment such as Aero wheels, bucket seats in quilted leather, and carbon-like inserts.
Almost the same range, plus the sporty RS
The coupe shares the same lineup of versions as the standard Enyaq, except for the base “50” variant with 109 kW and a 52 kWh battery.
The entry-level is the “60”, with a single rear motor of 132 kW (180 hp) and 310 Nm, and a usable 58 kWh battery. Its charging capacity can reach only up to 100 kW at most. The Enyaq Coupé 80 is a slightly more powerful version, with 150 kW (204 hp) and a 77 kWh battery.
This one offers the best range, with 545 km per charge (compared to 400 km with the 58 kWh). Its fast-charging capability has increased to 125 kW, allowing for a 29-minute charge from 10% to 80%. For all-wheel drive, there is the “80x” version, equipped with a second motor at the front, boosting output to 195 kW (265 hp) and 425 Nm torque.

The most powerful of all is the Skoda Enyaq Coupé RS iV. Its twin-motor setup of 220 kW (306 hp) and 460 Nm delivers a 0-100 km/h in 6.5 seconds and a top speed of 180 km/h. It is also the most capable of towing, with a total of 1,400 kg compared to 1,200 kg for the other models.
The Skoda Enyaq Coupé under €50,000?
The Czech brand has not yet released the pricing grid. The SUV is expected to start at around €48,000 for the Enyaq Coupé Sportline iV 60 model. For this price, features like dual-zone air conditioning, heated leather steering wheel (standard on the 80), and a 13-inch central screen are included. Sales and deliveries were expected to begin in September 2022.
