A Delightful Madness: A Rolls-Royce for Gamers!
The Rolls-Royce Black Badge Ghost Gamer is a true rolling arcade machine, packed with pixelated details and Easter eggs.
Rolls-Royce has just unveiled one of its most unexpected Bespoke creations: the Black Badge Ghost Gamer, an ultra-luxurious tribute to the golden age of arcade machines. Not for casual streamers, but for hardcore lovers of the 8-bit era, with its giant pixels, square explosions, and colors that flash like an arcade room in 1982.
Imagined for a client passionate about vintage video games, the Ghost Gamer dives back into the aesthetic of early consoles and arcade games that shaped an entire generation. The Bespoke team spent an entire month immersing themselves in this universe: cabinet artwork, period posters, flashy palettes… Everything to nurture a Rolls-Royce that aims to be literally “playable.”

The body showcases a stunning two-tone Salamanca Blue / Crystal over Diamond Black, a bold nod to the shiny metal of retro machines. The most amusing signature? The “Cheeky Alien,” a little 8-bit alien hand-painted pixel by pixel (89 in total), accompanied by explosions in different colors depending on the side of the car. This is all complemented by an illuminated Pantheon grille and 22-inch wheels fit for a futuristic blockbuster.
When the interior becomes a bonus level
Inside, it’s Disneyland for pixel lovers. The seats display “Player 1”, “Player 2”, “Player 3”, “Player 4”, embroidered in an 8-bit typography. The headrests feature the “Cheeky Alien” in textile form. Between the back seats, a hand-painted space scene echoes the graphical codes of early shooters. It took two weeks of work to achieve the perfect shades between black and tangerine.

The technical surfaces even receive a glittery “galaxy” finish and hide a few Easter eggs, like a metal alien embedded in the picnic table or an engraved pattern in an air vent.
The famous Starlight Headliner becomes a galactic battlefield: 80 8-bit ships formed from fiber optics, laser shots programmed to cross the ceiling, and a sound atmosphere that almost seems ready to start a game. The Illuminated Fascia imitates the backdrops of shooting games from the era, with its own “gunship” made up of 85 stars.
The door sills display, in pixelated letters: “PRESS START”, “LOADING…”, “LEVEL UP”, “INSERT COIN”. The tone is set.
