Zeway Triango

Zeway launches its new 3-wheel model in Paris. Thanks to battery exchange stations, customers don’t need to worry about recharging.

Renting electric scooters for more or less long periods, and deploying a network of battery exchange stations for customers at the same time: this is the idea that Zeway came up with, which is currently limiting its activities to the city of Paris. Its range has just welcomed a three-wheel model: the swapperTriango+. Presented at the Paris Motor Show in October, this new scooter is now available for order. Like other Zeway models, it is only offered with rental plans.

The SwapperTriango+ is homologated in the 125cc equivalent category. Equipped with two removable batteries, it promises a range of 60 km. The motor delivers 5 kW. Regarding performance, Zeway claims a 0 to 45 km/h acceleration in 4.5 seconds, and notably a top speed of 80 km/h, enabling travel on the ring road.

Zeway Stations for Faster Departures

Like all Zeway customers, those who choose the SwapperTriango+ will have access to the battery exchange station network. These stations allow for the drop-off of discharged batteries and the collection of full ones. At the same time, home recharging remains possible, but requires a special support option available at an additional cost.

The SwapperTriango+ is offered starting at €205/month. To benefit from this rate, a 36-month commitment is required. The non-binding plan costs €250 per month. The support for home recharging is billed at €8 per month. Zeway also offers a Comfort pack at €8 per month, which includes a skirt, a 40-liter top case, and a phone holder. The first deliveries of the SwapperTriango+ are expected in March 2023.
