Polestar Synergy, an exhibition hypercar
This page is translated from the original post "Polestar Synergy, une hypercar de concours" in French.

Polestar brought to life the creation of the winner of its latest design competition in the form of a concept car, showcased in Munich at IAA 2023.
The electric hypercar Polestar Synergy is a blend of the designs from the three winners of the recent design contest organized by Polestar. Over 600 applicants competed within the company, a first for the competition. The resulting Polestar Synergy is the product of over six months of collaboration between the winners and the Polestar design team to transform three distinct dreams into a coherent reality.
France Has Two Incredible Talents
Bravo, the two winning external designers, Devashish Deshmukh and Swapnil Desai, are Indians but based in Paris, France. Deshmukh’s design focused on hollowed volumes, inspired by a hammerhead shark, while Desai’s design was themed around sustainability with materials that evolve over time. Interior designer Yingxiang Li, based in China, created a single-seater cockpit worthy of the most incredible race cars.

With only 1.07 meters in height and 4.56 meters long, the car is unlikely to hit the asphalt in its current configuration, but who knows… a popular success could inspire Polestar. Anyway, it’s nice to see that an electric hypercar can be sexy.
Polestar UFO
Thanks to the partnership signed between Polestar and Hot Wheels, the car will, after IAA, head to the Hot Wheels Legends Tour in El Segundo, California, starting October 7, 2023, before making further appearances at Polestar centers across the country.

During this competition, Polish designer Kamil Kozik was also rewarded for his V2H (Vehicle to Home) go-kart prototype capable of powering a local network when not in use.
