Peugeot Defends Made in France

New employment management agreement signed and announcement of 320 new hires in France for Peugeot.

Stellantis France management and social partners FO, CFE-CGC, CFTC, and CFDT have signed a new “Employment Management and Career Paths” agreement for the next three years in France this week.

This agreement continues the actions undertaken so far. It will support employees through a period of profound skills transformation linked to the digital revolution, ecological transition, and the emergence of new working methods… More than ever, employment policy is essential to prepare for these new challenges and become a creator of sustainable mobility.

As a proactive employment management tool, this agreement notably addresses the anticipation of skills needs for new occupations, the safeguarding of career paths during the transition period, and youth employment and integration.

“By signing this agreement, social partners choose to continue an employment policy aimed at anticipating and supporting employees to build our company’s future together,” says Bruno Bertin, Director of Human Resources France. “Alongside this new agreement, we are pleased to announce the recruitment of 320 new employees, who will strengthen the production teams at our French sites.”
