Up to 7 years of warranty at Dacia

The Dacia Zen offer covers vehicles up to 7 years or 150,000 km for private individuals. Enough to drive with peace of mind.

Dacia enjoys this role as a disruptor in the automotive industry, champion of the best value for money. The entire Dacia range is covered by a 3-year warranty or 100,000 kilometers. Starting January 2024, Dacia aims to expand its vehicle coverage by offering a warranty of up to 7 years or 150,000 kilometers.

Included in the Essential and Essential+ Service packages, the Dacia Zen contract covers vehicles with a 12-month or 30,000-kilometer warranty, which is renewable.

To benefit from this offer, the private customer must own a vehicle no older than 6 years and 1 month, with less than 120,000 kilometers on the odometer, and not under a current warranty coverage. The offer is valid provided the customer has followed the maintenance schedule recommended by the manufacturer.

With Dacia Zen, the vehicle’s components are covered, except for the defrosting network, electric mirrors, and multimedia systems. This is mainly what differentiates this coverage from a new vehicle warranty extension.

Dacia offers its customers a comprehensive range of after-sales services tailored to their needs and budget. For example, Service Contracts are suited for new vehicle owners, while Privilège Pack or Eco Maintenance offers target owners of older vehicles. Dacia Zen further strengthens the competitiveness of the Essential Service packages by providing real value to the customer.

From the customer’s point of view, having their vehicle guaranteed up to 7 years ensures proper maintenance and provides reassurance against unexpected expenses. It also serves as a mark of brand reliability and is a significant asset when selling the vehicle to a third party.
