Nissan makes an effort on the pricing of the new Qashqai

Nissan launches the commercial release of the new Qashqai, better equipped and thankfully not much more expensive.

Nissan opened orders for the new Qashqai on June 1st, a third generation of the crossover pioneer that features a new front face. As you may have understood, this is just a facelift and an upgrade of the safety features, but the changes are significant enough to call it a new model.

The Qashqai is now more connected than ever, with the ability to integrate its passengers’ ecosystem via built-in Google. It is available with a 140 hp and 158 hp Xtronic Mild Hybrid engine, as well as with the unique and innovative Nissan e-POWER technology that offers the sensations of 100% electric driving without the need for recharging.

More features but stable prices for the Qashqai

All existing versions of the new Qashqai benefit from enhanced standard equipment:

• ACENTA/BUSINESS : 12.3-inch central screen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android AutoTM connectivity, 100% LED front and rear lights, and Intelligent Key.
• N-CONNECTA : ProPILOT system (semi-autonomous driving), 360° 3D AVM system, 360° parking radars, customizable ambient lighting, and built-in Google.
• TEKNA : Electric driver’s seat with memory, customizable ambient lighting with more light points, two-tier front light signature, “super-red” rear lights, and sequential front and rear indicators.
• TEKNA + : Metallic/special paint and two-tone finishes, with Alcantara inserts on the seats and dashboard.

Two new versions, N-DSIGN and N-DESIGN +, enhance the range:

• N-DESIGN: Body-colored side skirts and bumpers, gloss black roof rails and inserts, black roof and mirrors, and new 20-inch alloy wheels with leather and Alcantara upholstery inside.
• N-DESIGN +: Electric front seats with memory and massage function, winter package (heated front seats, steering wheel, and windshield), head-up display, Bose Premium audio system, and electric tailgate.
