The Honda Grom is back!

The mini motorcycles like the MSX125 “Grom” have the delightful aspect of not being the most practical or comfortable, but they provide unique sensations.

If you are not yet familiar with this model, Honda reminds us that the word “Grom” comes from American slang and refers to enthusiasts of sliding sports like skateboarding or surfing. A mini motorcycle is already cool, but riding it with a surfboard snugly positioned on your back is simply unbeatable. And above all, it’s a genuinely good motorcycle!

The 2025 MSX125 Grom is making a strong comeback with a sportier style, redesigned fairing, and new colors. The fuel tank cover is notably more dynamic in association with the new side panels and the new skid plate.

The digital LCD dashboard is comprehensive with a tachometer and a gear indicator in addition to the speedometer. The fuel gauge and time display complete the setup. The disc brakes have been optimized while a “gold” surface treatment on the 31 mm inverted fork provides a nice contrast with the black color of the engine, exhaust, wheels, and swingarm.

But the Grom is especially noted for its appetite relative to the size of its small 12-inch wheels. The 125 cc, air-cooled, 4-stroke single-cylinder engine paired with a 5-speed gearbox shows a minuscule consumption of just 1.5 l/100 km.
