The charging station provider Electra offers G7 drivers in Paris the opportunity to benefit from their high-power chargers (150 – 300 kW) for their vehicles. The G7 vehicle fleet is composed of 70% hybrid and electric vehicles and requires recharging to continue their activity.

What does this deal between Electra and G7 consist of?
On May 5, 2023, the government announced it had reached 100,000 electric charging stations nationwide. Among them, according to an April 2023 Avere-France survey, 86% are slow chargers (< 22 kW). Unfortunately, this power level is not sufficient to meet the growing demand for electric vehicles. In the first four months of 2023, they accounted for 81,997 registered vehicles.
G7 taxis must therefore consider this increase in electric vehicle numbers for their professional activity. Electra offers to lighten this burden with the following measures:
- An exclusive annual preferential rate to access the ultra-fast charging network in Paris and Île-de-France;
- Charging stations reserved for G7 drivers at certain time slots and strategically located stations;
