Volkswagen proposes a subscription service

As part of its new development plan, Volkswagen France is launching its all-inclusive subscription offer on 500 models.

The Volkswagen Subscription is available starting today on the French market. Customers now have the option to subscribe for a duration of 3, 6, or 12 months to drive flagship models such as Polo, T-Cross, or ID.3.

This new flexible mobility solution is halfway between lease with purchase option and short-term rental. This new formula offers a 100% digital customer journey and also allows vehicle delivery to your home.

Polo, T-Cross, and ID.3 can thus be leased for a duration of 3, 6, or 12 months. The Volkswagen Subscription contract is a “all-included” offer that covers all aspects related to the vehicle, except for charging or fuel. More specifically, the subscription includes: 1,000 km per month and a comprehensive service package with registration, technical inspection, maintenance and servicing, insurance and protections, and taxes.

Far from, for example, Lynk & Co’s offer at 600 euros per month, the rates are similar to those offered by major rental companies, and for good reason! This offer is developed in cooperation with Europcar/

It is therefore more of a Long-Term Rental offer neatly presented by the manufacturer, but Volkswagen at least has the great merit of stepping into this promising future-oriented model.
