Two Toyota GR Yaris World Champion Editions

Toyota GAZOO Racing celebrates its champions with two limited editions GR Yaris “Edition Ogier” and “Edition Rovanperä”.

When your team boasts 10 World Rally Championship titles spread over just two cars, you have the right, and indeed the obligation, to make it known! And what better way than to transfer the high-level sporting expertise gained through fierce battles on some of the world’s most perilous rally stages onto the road?

These limited editions of the new GR Yaris were developed with the personal contribution of the two World Champions from the team, Sébastien Ogier (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021) and Kalle Rovanperä (2022 and 2023). For the past 4 years, Toyota GAZOO Racing World Rally Team has dominated the rally world thanks to these two champions with very different personalities and styles.

In each car, the “Sport” and “Track” modes present on the original GR Yaris have been replaced with specific modes reflecting each driver’s personal preferences regarding behavior and performance. Additionally, each vehicle features unique exterior and interior design elements.

These two limited editions feature the latest evolution of the 1.6-liter turbo 3-cylinder engine of the GR Yaris, producing 280 horsepower and 390 Nm of torque, paired with an intelligent six-speed manual gearbox.

Seb, the insatiable eight-time World Champion

The bodywork of the GR Yaris Edition Ogier is finished in a specific Matte stealth gray paint and features the French flag on the grille as well as on the 18-inch forged wheels. It also boasts a new full-carbon rear spoiler and blue-painted brake calipers.

An added Toyota GAZOO Racing decal on the doors, along with an Ogier Edition logo on the tailgate. Inside, a numbered plaque and tricolor stitching celebrate the exceptional record of our Seb, the national hero.

Kalle, the early Finnish troublemaker

The GR Yaris “Edition Rovanperä” offers a unique Donut mode, created specifically for the youngest rally winner and WRC Champion in history. Beyond rallying, Kalle is also an expert in drifting and generous donuts with burnt rubber. This mode facilitates power transfer to the rear wheels, making the car playful and lively.

The GR Yaris “Edition Rovanperä” features an exclusive three-color livery inspired by the driver’s helmet design. In addition to 18-inch forged wheels, the car is equipped with a rear spoiler with adjustable angle and side supports in “coup de fouet” style.

The GR Yaris Editions Ogier and Rovanperä will be produced in strictly limited numbers. Commercial conditions will be announced at a later date.
