DAB 1a transparente

This particular DAB 1a motorcycle has chosen to reveal its inner workings by adopting a completely transparent body. A beautiful exercise in style.

Founded by French preparer Simon Dabadie, DAB is a somewhat unique motorcycle manufacturer based in the historic Peugeot Motocycles factory, founded in 1890 in Beaulieu Mandeure. To differentiate itself from a well-supplied competition, the manufacturer has chosen to produce very special electric motorcycles in very small series. The brand’s ambition? To create more than just simple vehicles, but works of art on two wheels. A challenge met with this very unique model.

The DAB 1a, the manufacturer’s first model, is a limited series of 400 units. The integration of a Brembo 4-piston caliper on the front wheel ensures precise control and formidable braking power thanks to Peugeot Motocycle’s ABS technology. DAB and Paioli have joined forces to launch an adjustable suspension system. To propel this beautiful little beast, an 11 kW motor is placed in the custom frame. A nod to the Need for Speed universe, a Nitrous button located on the left handle allows for a peak power of 25.5 kW.

Designed with sustainability in mind, the battery can enjoy a second life thanks to a seamless assembly, facilitating easy disassembly for recycling. This improves its lifespan and reduces environmental impact. The charging cable is directly integrated into the Alcantara glove compartment.

If you want to join the community of the first 400 DAB members, it will still cost you 14,900 euros.
