So to entice customers, a little carrot is needed. A year on the road without spending a euro is tempting, but once you read the fine print, you realize it’s actually just a credit of 550 euros for electric charging. This is enough to cover only 3,400 km in WLTP cycle, which is 16% of the annual charges for the vehicle. And what about the rest of the total annual mileage of 20,000 km?
