Rimac Nevera R

Rimac reaches new heights with its devilish electric hypercar, notably the 0-400-0 km/h record.

Rimac has made a significant impact with the Nevera R, an optimized version of its electric hypercar. On the ATP testing track in Germany, it set a new world record for the 0-400-0 km/h exercise, completed in just 25.79 seconds. This improves upon the standard Nevera’s time (29.93 s) by over 4 seconds and dethrones the Koenigsegg Regera, which previously held the benchmark at 27.83 seconds.

In total, the Nevera R broke 24 performance records during this testing campaign, all independently validated by Dewesoft. The gains are noticeable at all levels. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 1.72 seconds, exceeds 200 km/h in under 4 seconds, and reaches 300 km/h in just 7.89 seconds, nearly a second and a half better than the previous version. The 400 km/h mark is achieved in 17.35 seconds, and braking from this speed takes only 8.44 additional seconds. The whole thing finishes with a top speed recorded at 431.45 km/h, officially making it the fastest production electric vehicle in the world.

These performances are the result of significant development work. The Nevera R benefits from revised aerodynamics with a fixed wing and a larger diffuser, allowing for an additional 15% downforce and improved overall efficiency. Specially developed Michelin Cup 2 tires enhance grip, while the torque vectoring system, controlling the four motors for a total of 2,107 hp, has been completely recalibrated to optimize traction and stability at very high speeds.

Produced in only 40 units, with a starting price set at 2.3 million euros, the Rimac Nevera R represents a new milestone in the evolution of electric performance. With each new iteration, the Croatian manufacturer pushes the limits of what is possible and confirms its role as a pioneer in the field of electric hypercars.
