Verge TS Pro 2025: The Donut’s Ingenuity

Verge Motorcycles unveiled the new TS Pro in Milan, featuring a lightweight hubless motor and an optimized battery.

At the EICMA show in Milan, Verge Motorcycles revealed the latest evolution of its TS Pro, the brand’s flagship model since it entered series production in 2023. This new version demonstrates the company’s intent to push electric motorcycle design and engineering further.

The focal point of this evolution is the Donut 2.0 motor, the new generation of Verge’s hubless motor. With 50% less weight compared to the previous version, this motor retains an impressive 1,000 Nm of torque while drastically reducing inertia. This optimization allows the bike to gain agility and control while delivering sustained performance: acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is achieved in just 3.5 seconds.

Improved performance and range

The battery has also been revised. With a capacity of 20.2 kWh, it provides up to 350 km of range and charges quickly, in under 35 minutes. A short 15-minute charge can add nearly 100 km of range, making urban and suburban trips easier. The 2025 TS Pro remains compatible with CCS standards in Europe and NACS in the United States, for a flexible charging experience.

The motorcycle also benefits from an improved user interface, with larger, more legible screens and built-in Bluetooth connectivity. It uses the Starmatter platform, which manages software updates and adjusts driving parameters in real time thanks to artificial intelligence and onboard sensors. This approach ensures that the TS Pro will evolve throughout its lifecycle without requiring hardware changes.

Finally, the design has been refined: the suspension and steering angle have been adjusted for increased comfort and optimized handling. These technical adjustments highlight the ingenuity of the Donut 2.0 motor and Verge’s ability to combine performance and user experience in a modern electric motorcycle.
