voiture de l'année WWCOTY

After selecting 62 cars, the women’s jury of Women’s Worldwide Car of the Year has named its five 2024 winners.

In total, 62 cars competed for one of the WWCOTY categories. All had to meet the requirement of being launched on at least two continents between January 1 and December 31, 2023. This is the 14th edition of the awards presented by WWCOTY, whose jury consists of 75 female automotive journalists from 52 countries across five continents. It is the only all-female jury in the automotive industry worldwide.

The work of the jurors over the past year has been marked by a market in constant evolution toward more efficient and sustainable models. “Voting was not easy due to the extraordinary level of the candidates,” explains Marta Garcia, president of Women’s Worldwide Car of the Year. No votes were given randomly. All candidates underwent demanding driving tests, detailed analyses, and stimulating studies of the competition. That’s why WWCOTY awards are the benchmark for millions of buyers around the world.

The result is five cars that represent excellence in their category, cars that deserve one of the titles of Women’s World Car of the Year. These five finalists are now in the final phase and can contend for the title of Women’s World Car of the Year. It will be announced on the WWCOTY YouTube channel on March 8, International Women’s Day.
