The plug-in hybrid for less than 25,000 euros with BYD!
The new BYD Dolphin G DM-i aims to disrupt the segment of plug-in hybrid city cars with its electric range and, of course, its price.
BYD continues its offensive in the European market with the Dolphin G DM-i, a new city car in segment B that combines plug-in hybrid technology and compact dimensions. Now available for order in France, it positions itself as one of the most ambitious models in its category in terms of efficiency and range.

Measuring 4.16 meters long, the BYD Dolphin G DM-i is based on the “Super Hybrid with DM” technology developed by the Chinese manufacturer. Its architecture prioritizes electric propulsion thanks to a 163 hp (120 kW) motor, supported by a 1.5-liter gasoline engine used primarily to optimize range and consumption.
BYD’s electric expertise at the service of the Dolphin
According to BYD, the versions equipped with the 18.3 kWh Blade battery can travel up to 105 km in 100% electric mode according to the WLTP cycle. The combined range reaches up to 1,040 km with a fully charged battery and a full tank of fuel, while the claimed weighted consumption drops to 1.4 l/100 km.

The Dolphin G DM-i also focuses on its spaciousness. Its trunk, with a capacity of 425 liters, expandable to 1,225 liters once the rear seats are folded, ranks among the most generous in its category.
