Denouncing its offer, Dacia launches an unprecedented engine on its Duster and Bigster SUVs.
Named Hybrid-G 150 4×4, this new Dacia powertrain combines hybrid, bi-fuel LPG, and all-wheel drive, a combination never seen before on the market.

The innovation continues at the rear with an electric transmission equipped with a two-speed gearbox. This technology ensures high torque at low speeds, useful for off-road driving, while optimizing traction up to 140 km/h. Thanks to its 48V battery of 0.84 kWh, the new powertrain allows driving up to 60% of the time in electric mode in city driving. Add to that a record autonomy: with two 50-liter tanks (gasoline and LPG), the Duster can cover up to 1,500 km according to the WLTP cycle. A feat that comes with substantial savings. LPG, at less than €1/l in France, reduces operating costs by about 30% despite slightly higher fuel consumption compared to gasoline.
Regarding fuel consumption specifically, Dacia announces 5.5 to 5.6 l/100 km for gasoline and 7.1 to 7.2 l/100 km for LPG, with CO₂ emissions reduced by up to 20 g compared to the current 4×4 Duster. Having tested the previous model, you can expect these figures to increase by about 25% under normal usage, but they remain excellent.
