Fast charging and radical design: Zeekr lands in France!

The premium electric brand of the Chinese group Geely officially launches its models on the French market today.

The Chinese manufacturer Zeekr announces its arrival in France, marking a new step in its European expansion after recent launches in Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Positioned in the premium electric vehicle segment, the brand aims to establish a sustainable presence in a rapidly growing French market.

Starting today, French customers can access a complete range of four electric models. This includes the compact SUV Zeekr X, the mid-sized SUV Zeekr 7X, the shooting brake sedan Zeekr 001, as well as the new 7GT Grand Tourer. Orders are open immediately, with initial deliveries expected as early as May.

Prices start at €37,990 for the entry-level model, with financing offers available, including leasing starting at €394 per month for the Zeekr X. The other models range between €45,990 and €59,990, depending on the versions.

France, a fertile ground for Zeekr

The arrival of Zeekr comes in a favorable context for the electrification of the French automobile fleet. Approximately one quarter of new car registrations now concern 100% electric models, while the rolling stock approaches two million vehicles. This dynamic positions France among the strategic markets for manufacturers looking to accelerate their development in the electric segment.

To support this launch, Zeekr plans to gradually open several points of sale across the territory, including in Aix-en-Provence, followed by the Paris region, as well as in Lyon, Fréjus, Saint-Étienne, and Rennes. The brand aims to quickly structure a national network.

As a subsidiary of the Geely group, Zeekr relies on a design developed in Europe, particularly in Sweden, and on a technical platform dedicated to electric vehicles. All models sold in France will benefit from a warranty of up to 10 years or 200,000 kilometers, depending on the applicable terms.
