The House of Lancia, farewell Latin madness?
Lancia opens its first French showroom “Casa Lancia”. No glitz but rigor with the choice of the business district of La Défense.
Lancia wants to convey a message of rigor and seriousness that it could not achieve better! Forget about the beautiful Parisian neighborhoods, the charming bohemian backstreets are out, and private hotels are dismissed! More than a year after the inauguration of the Italian showroom in Milan (Gattamelata), Lancia showcases in France its new brand identity with the opening of the Casa Lancia Stellantis & You showroom in Paris La Défense. This is an opportunity to inform us that from now on, all dealerships will be called “Casa Lancia”. 25 showrooms are expected in France by the end of 2025, with about fifteen opening by the end of the year. The network, in its proper sense, relies on 80 Lancia service points.
Lancia and the age of reason?
Let’s say it right away, the first visuals we received breathe little of Latin madness… It’s sober, stripped down, bordering on austere. Very surprising but it must be admitted that it immediately places the vehicle at the center of attention, without external distractions. To summarize, it’s the exact opposite of the Cupra City Garage! For furniture, Lancia relies on its partner Cassina, which benefited from a limited series for the launch of the new Ypsilon. The collaboration between the two great representatives of Made in Italy – at least for this last point Cassina – offers beautiful lounge spaces that neighbor the areas dedicated to the delivery of new vehicles. We are far from the old glass alcoves where a salesperson would offer you a small coffee before presenting the full range.

The range is indeed reflective of these new centers, stripped down with only one model, the Ypsilon. The entire range is available starting at 24,500 euros for the hybrid version. For the electric version, the catalog price starts at 34,800 euros. Customers benefit from Stellantis financing programs with monthly payments of 195 euros over 36 months for the hybrid version, and 24 months for the electric version, with a 4,000 euro ecological bonus deducted, but initial payments increased to 3,675 euros for the hybrid and 4,250 euros for the electric.
Now that we have told you everything about the cars and their prices, it’s up to you to decide from the photos if a little visit to La Défense is in order.
