We no longer need to introduce the Peugeot e-208. The most stylish of electric city cars leads sales in France, with nearly 17,886 units sold from January to November 2022 (source AAA DATA). It clearly outperforms the Dacia Spring (15,526 units) and the Fiat 500e (14,413 units in the same period).

In fact, current news is hot for the Peugeot e-208, which will soon benefit from a power and especially battery “upgrade”. For now, the small French car is equipped with a Lithium-Ion unit of 46.2 kWh usable and a 136 hp electric motor. The improved 2023 version of the Peugeot e-208 will feature a net capacity battery of about 47 kWh, with power “jumping” to 156 hp.
