Nissan launches four new nanocars

Nissan enriches its urban mobility offer by launching four new electric models of the Silence S04.

These compact vehicles, designed for daily city commutes, are now available throughout the European network of Nissan dealerships. The range includes:

• Silence S04 L6e “Unico”: entry-level model priced under €10,000
• Silence S04 L6e “Vivo”: premium version with more features
• Silence S04 L7e “Plus”: more powerful version for extended urban trips
• Silence S04 Cargo: utility model for deliveries and urban services, available in L6e and L7e

The L6e models are accessible from age 14 (depending on local regulations), with a speed limit of 45 km/h. The L7e model reaches 85 km/h thanks to a power output of 14 kW (19 hp). All models offer a closed cabin with heating and air conditioning as standard. The S04 focuses on ease of use: removable batteries that can be charged at home, maneuverability in the city, connectivity via the My Silence app (geolocation, keyless start, battery status, etc.).

Nanocar, maximum utility

In parallel, Nissan and its parent company Acciona are launching battery exchange stations in France, starting in Paris. These points will allow for a discharged battery to be replaced in under 30 seconds, facilitating use for those who cannot charge at home. This system, already implemented in Spain, will be expanded to over 200 points by the end of 2025.

The “Battery as a Service” model allows for the purchase of the S04 without a battery, with a monthly subscription. This reduces the purchase price by up to €2,000. The first year of subscription is free. This launch also marks the first anniversary of the partnership between Nissan and Silence, with a shared objective to make electric mobility simpler, more affordable, and tailored to urban needs.
